| SafeData LLC, a new company that will be based in Warwick, R.I., will focus on allowing SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) to protect, recover and restore data more quickly and at lower cost. |

solution that guarantees recovery in two hours or less; SafeData/DR, a middleware solution providing point-in-time capture of changed data through the Internet; and SafeData/HS, a hot site guaranteeing
recovery in 48 hours or less. |
