| Warwick, R.I.-based SafeData LLC, formed last week, plans to offer business continuity and data recovery services to SMBs. |

| SafeData offers three levels of service, based on how quickly a company wishes to be able to recover its data, ranging from two to 48 hours. |

| The service is available across business application platforms, including IBM iSeries and PC platforms running Windows. |
|
| Prices are customized based on the amount of data, transaction volume and communications links, and can range from $500 per month to $50,000 per month.
The company's initial target customers are financial services, health care, manufacturing and distribution companies. |
